研究了不同添加剂对乙基纤维素富氧膜性能的影响。结果表明,低分子向列液晶正庚基联苯腈(7CB)、低分子胆甾液晶油烯基胆甾醇碳酸脂(COC)以及过渡金属化合物二亚水杨基邻笨二胺钴[Co(Salphen)]的添加,皆可以较大程度地改进乙基纤维素高分子富氧膜的性能。过渡金属盐醋酸钴[Co(Ac)_2]仅能提高乙基纤维素富氧膜对富氧空气的透过性,而杂环化合物吡啶(PY)只能提高乙基纤维素富氧膜的氧氮分离性而在某种程度上却降低了对富氧空气的透过性。
The effects of different additives on the performance of ethyl cellulose-rich oxygen membrane were studied. The results showed that low molecular nematic liquid crystal n-heptylbiphenylacetonitrile (7CB), low molecular cholesteryl ester oleyl cholesteryl carbonate (COC), and transition metal compound ascite salicylic acid cobalt [Co (Salphen) ] Are added, can greatly improve the performance of ethyl cellulose polymer oxygen-rich membrane. The transition metal salt of cobalt acetate [Co (Ac) _2] can only improve the permeability of oxygen-enriched air to oxygen-enriched air while the heterocyclic compound pyridine (PY) can only increase the content of ethyl cellulose Oxygen and nitrogen separation but to some extent reduce the permeability of oxygen-enriched air.
