参加工作以来,我一直在教导学生要学会尊重教师,而很少想到学生也是需要得到教师尊重的。直到后来我读到了这样一段话:作为一名新时代的中学生,我不怕学习任务重,就怕付出的艰辛被轻视;我不怕遭遇困难与挫折,就怕心理感受遭到冷落;我不怕个人愿望难以实现,就怕良好愿望被忽略……这段话给我以强烈的震撼,原来学生也是如此的渴望被理解、被尊重。尊重学生,无疑是新时代为人师者应该认真思考的课题。 Since joining the work, I have been teaching students to learn to respect teachers, and rarely think that students also need to be respected by teachers. Respecting students is undoubtedly a topic that teachers should seriously think in the new era.
