要培养高素质技能型人才,必须加强职业能力与职业素养教育,并探索行之有效的培养途径。笔者从第二课堂活动建设入手,提出了从思想道德素质、专业素质、人文素质、身心素质、职业素质五个方面为组成的第二课堂职业能力培养体系构建基本思路,为提升高职学生职业能力与素质提供了有益借鉴。
