沟通是现代企业组织赖以生存的重要手段和方式,每个企业、组织在正常交流、有效提高组织效率的过程中,必然离不开组织间的有效沟通。企业组织高层下达任务、命令、指示,企业组织中层落实上层交办的任务,企业组织一线实施来自企业组织上中层的任务、命令、指示,乃至将一线信息完善地反馈给上中层,这都离不开有效的管理沟通。因此,组织成员之间良好有效的沟通是提升组织效率的切实保证,企业管理者与被管理者之间的高效、有效沟通被称作企业组织长足发展的有效动力。
