一、联合收割机作业中谷物损失形式及部位 作业中谷物损失是以粒损失、穗损失和脱不净3种形式表现出来的。造成联合收割机谷物损失的主要部位有: 1.割台部分 割台部分的损失主要是:①在拨禾过程中,拨禾板打击谷物,造成落粒损失。这部分损失与作物品种、收获时间和拨禾轮速度有关。②拨禾轮的位置调整不当,将谷物从割台后面打出或从割台前部将谷物带出造成落穗损失。在正常作业条件下,粒损失和穗损失应控制在产量的0.5％以下。
