采用膨胀法测定了 86Cr Mo V7钢 90 0℃奥氏体化ε=1s- 1,ε=0 .4热变形前后过冷奥氏体等温转变曲线。结果表明 :热变形明显促进珠光体、贝氏体转变。变形提高了珠光体、贝氏体的形核率 ;对珠光体长大速度影响不大 ;但抑制贝氏体长大 ;变形明显细化组织并使碳化物退化
The isothermal transformation curves of austenitized austenitizing ε = 1s-1 and ε = 0.4 before and after hot deformation of 86Cr Mo V7 steel were measured by the dilatometric method. The results show that thermal deformation obviously promotes the transformation of pearlite and bainite. Deformation increases the rate of pearlite and bainite nucleation, but has little effect on the pearlite growth rate, but inhibits the growth of bainite.
