任何物质在一定的温度均有一定的比重,纯度改变比重亦改变,因此测定比重可以区别药品或检查物质的浓度、纯度等。中国药典1977年版收载了两种液体比重的测定法,一种是比重瓶法,另一种是威氏比重法,其中威氏比重法比较方便,易挥发的样品或室温超过规定温度时均可采用其法。但是在工作中我们发现一些粘稠度较大的样品(如中药煎膏剂),用上述两种方法测定均有一定困难。由于煎膏剂质地稠厚,比重瓶口狭小难以灌装,同时产生的多数气泡
