在进口采购的执行过程中,我们经常发现印度菜粕的短重、霉变、不能按合同规定装期交货、品质不稳定等问题是一种普遍现象。而随着市场竞争的日益激烈,作为饲料产业链的原料供应的源头企业,稳定的原料供应是企业稳定和高效运作的重要环节。在这种情况下,如何有效地实现供应商管理,继而达到原料质量、数量、交期等各方面的稳定已成为了我们日益关注的重点。特别是随着供应商队伍的不断扩大,供应商过程管理在进口采购中发挥的作用和重要性也显得日渐突出。文章针对上述问题展开,通过对印度菜粕供应商进行分类的过程管控,针对具体问题提出改善的方案,最终把供应商过程管理真正变成一个适合本企业并为企业真正创造效益的工具。
In the implementation of import procurement, we often find that the shortages of heavy Indian meal, mildew, can not be packed in accordance with the contract delivery, the quality of instability and other issues is a common phenomenon. With the increasingly fierce market competition, as a source of raw materials for the feed industry chain, stable supply of raw materials is an important part of the stable and efficient operation of enterprises. Under such circumstances, how to effectively achieve supplier management, and then to achieve the stability of raw material quality, quantity, delivery and other aspects has become our focus of increasing concern. Especially with the continual expansion of the supplier team, the role and importance of supplier process management in import procurement have become increasingly prominent. The article addresses the above issues, through the process control of the Indian rapeseed meal suppliers classification, to improve the program for specific problems, and ultimately the supplier process management truly become a suitable enterprise and truly create benefits for the enterprise tools.
