目前国内外对片剂赋形剂的研究已经从传统的淀粉、糊精、糖粉发展到高分子化合物,表面活性剂、树脂类;研究内容也不仅限于赋形剂对崩解度和硬度的影响,而是扩大到了生物利用度,和药物相互作用等方面。其中以高分子化合物研究最多。其代表物有聚乙烯吡咯酮(pVp)、微晶纤维素、羧甲基纤维素等。这些物质都有促进片子崩解、药物释放等作用。鉴于以上所述,本实验取羧甲基纤维素钠、月桂醇硫酸钠、淀粉为阿斯匹林片的赋形剂,测定片子的释放度,考察赋形剂对释药性的影响。取自制片三种,分别测定释放度,所得数据经统计数学处理,所得结果是: 羧甲基纤维素钠、月桂醇硫酸钠和淀粉比较可以增加释药速度,并且可以使药物速释。

In view of the above, in this experiment take the sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, sodium lauryl sulfate, starch aspirin tablet excipient determination of the release of the film to examine the impact of excipients on drug release. Three tablets were taken from the tablets and the release rates were measured respectively. The data obtained were statistically processed. The results obtained were: sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, sodium lauryl sulfate and starch could increase the drug release rate and release the drug quickly.
