目的:收集我院及上海肺科医院2012年11月~2014年6月诊断为变态反应性支气管肺曲菌病的35位病人的临床资料,增强对肺曲霉菌病的认知,尽可能的避免和减少对这个病的误诊或者漏诊,以便可以尽早的为患者诊断治疗。方法:将近些年在我院及上海肺科医院就诊过的变态反应性支气管肺曲菌病的35位病人的相关资料拿出来分析探讨其临床特点。结果:这些患者的主要临床表现为:咳嗽、咳痰、喘息、少量咯血等,都有着不同程度发热、乏力、胸痛。66%被误诊成了支气管哮喘。结论:变态反应性支气管肺曲菌病并不属于罕见疾病,而且多发于青壮年,变态反应性支气管肺曲菌病的晚期容易转变为肺纤维化,为了尽可能的防止这种情况的发生,我们应提高对此病的认知,尽早治疗。 OBJECTIVE: To collect the clinical data of 35 patients diagnosed as allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis in our hospital and Shanghai Pulmonary Hospital from November 2012 to June 2014, and to enhance the cognition of pulmonary aspergillosis as much as possible To avoid and reduce the misdiagnosis or misdiagnosis of the disease, so that patients can be diagnosed as soon as possible treatment.
