通过建立小鼠急性肝损伤及大鼠慢性肝损伤模型,观察并研究海洋药物J- 911对小鼠急性肝损伤及大鼠慢性肝损伤的保护作用。结果表明,J-911能明显降低D-半乳糖胺引起急性肝损伤小鼠的血清ALT升高和四氯化碳引起的急性肝损伤小鼠的血清ALT、AST的升高,明显减轻模型肝组织病理损伤。J-911还可显著降低肝纤维化大鼠血清ALT、AST水平及肝组织羟脯氨酸含量,并明显减轻肝组织病理损伤。说明J-911对实验性肝损伤具有保护作用。
To establish a model of acute liver injury and chronic liver injury in mice, the protective effect of marine drug J-911 on acute liver injury and chronic liver injury in rats was observed and studied. The results showed that J-911 could significantly reduce the elevation of serum ALT caused by D-galactosamine in mice with acute liver injury and the increase of serum ALT and AST in mice induced by carbon tetrachloride-induced acute liver injury, Histopathological damage. J-911 can also significantly reduce serum levels of ALT and AST and hydroxyproline in liver tissue of rats with liver fibrosis, and significantly reduce the pathological damage of liver tissue. J-911 has a protective effect on experimental liver injury.
