用分析腐蚀产物的方法研究了434系(19Cr—1Mo)铁素体不锈钢在含SO_2的潮湿大气中的锈蚀机理以及添加0.2~0.5%的合金元素Cr或Ni对这类钢耐SO_2气氛腐蚀的影响。试验仿照DIN50018标准进行,以24小时为一试验周期,前8小时试样暴露在40℃、RH=100%、SO_2含量为0.67%的空气中,后16小时处于室温、RH<75%、不含SO_2的空气中,试验共进行5个周期。
The corrosion mechanism of 434 (19Cr-1Mo) ferritic stainless steel in moist atmosphere containing SO_2 and the effect of addition of 0.2-0.5% Cr or Ni alloy on the SO_2 -environmental corrosion of this kind of steel were studied by analyzing the corrosion products influences. The test was carried out according to DIN50018 standard. The first eight hours were exposed to the air at 40 ° C, RH = 100% and SO 2 content of 0.67% for the first eight hours.
