前言钻削实心孔主要是采用标准的两刃麻花钻。当对被加工孔的几何形状和表面光洁度要求较高时,钻削后,还须用扩孔钻、铰刀、镗刀或其它类似的刀具进行加工。但简单的钻削过程常使人们忽视麻花钻的技术和经济意义。因此使钻头的消耗量增大,加工成本提高,报废数字增加,并且降低了被加工工件的质量。改进钻头和更好地控制钻削过程,对减少钻头的消耗量和降低刀具的成本具有很大的影响。钻尖的十字刃磨法所有普通麻花钻的钻尖均要不断的进行刃
Foreword Drilling a solid hole is mainly a standard two-edged twist drill. When the geometry and surface finish of the hole to be machined require a high degree of drilling, drilling, reamers, boring tools or other similar tools are required. But the simple drilling process often makes people ignore the technical and economic significance of twist drill. As a result, the consumption of drill bits is increased, the processing costs are increased, the number of scrapings is increased, and the quality of the workpieces being processed is reduced.
