研究了磨削、喷丸、细晶粒+酸洗、磨削+酸洗和15%变形+酸洗等5种状态TP347H钢试样在650℃水蒸气中氧化2 000h的表面形态和氧化速度.用蒸汽氧化炉进行蒸汽氧化试验,用扫描电子显微镜和能谱仪对氧化后试样表面氧化膜的形貌和成分进行了观察和分析,用X射线衍射(XRD)分析了表面氧化膜的结构,用减重法和厚度法测试和计算了5组TP347H试样在蒸汽中的氧化速度.结果表明:表面状态不同的试样在水蒸气中氧化时,形成的氧化膜形貌相似,但氧化速度不同.氧化速度由小到大依次为磨削试样、喷丸试样、细晶粒+酸洗试样、磨削+酸洗试样和15%变形+酸洗试样.
The surface morphologies and oxidation velocities of TP347H steel samples which were oxidized at 650 ℃ for 2 000 h in five states of grinding, shot peening, fine grain + pickling, grinding + pickling and 15% deformation + pickling were investigated. The steam oxidation test was carried out in a steam oxidation furnace, the morphology and composition of the oxide film on the surface of the sample after oxidation were observed and analyzed by means of scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive spectroscopy, and the surface oxide film was analyzed by X-ray diffraction Structure, the weight loss and thickness method were used to test and calculate the oxidation rate of five TP347H samples in steam.The results show that the morphology of oxide films formed when the samples with different surface states are oxidized in water vapor is similar, however, The oxidation rates varied from low to high followed by grinding samples, shot peening samples, fine grained + pickling samples, grinding + pickling samples and 15% deformation + pickling samples.
