目的:自来水和尿样中痕量钼的测定。方法:合成了新荧光试剂2-羟基苯乙酮苯甲酰腙(HAPBH),研究了试剂与钼的荧光反应条件。结果:在pH=4.0的溶液中,该试剂与钼形成稳定的配合物,配合物的激发和发射波长为λex/em=306/437 nm。结论:荧光强度与钼的浓度在0~120μg/L内成线性关系,检出限为0.057μg/L,方法成功的应用于自来水和尿样中痕量钼的测定。
Objective: Determination of trace molybdenum in tap water and urine samples. Methods: The new fluorescent reagent 2-hydroxyacetophenone benzoyl hydrazone (HAPBH) was synthesized and the reaction conditions of reagents and molybdenum were studied. Results: At pH = 4.0, the reagent formed a stable complex with molybdenum. The excitation and emission wavelength of the complex were λex / em = 306/437 nm. Conclusion: The fluorescence intensity is proportional to the concentration of molybdenum in 0 ~ 120μg / L with the detection limit of 0.057μg / L. The method was successfully applied to the determination of trace molybdenum in tap water and urine samples.
