本文利用2010年全国妇联和国家统计局联合实施的第三期中国妇女社会地位调查福建省调查数据对女性获得工作权威的影响因素进行分析,通过Logistic回归估计与分析,检验所提出的理论假设,研究结果表明,本研究所构建的女性工作权威获得的理论模型具有较强的解释力,受教育程度、是否参加培训、参加社会组织数及家务承担情况等是影响女性工作权威获得的主要因素。在此分析结果基础上,本文提出了促进更多女性获得工作权威的对策建议。
In this paper, the third survey of the social status of women in China conducted by the All-China Women’s Federation and the National Bureau of Statistics in 2010 is carried out to investigate the influential factors of women’s access to work authority in Fujian Province. Logistic regression estimates and analyzes are used to test the theoretical hypotheses, The results show that the theoretical model of women’s work authority obtained in this study has strong explanatory power, and the main factors influencing the acquisition of women’s work authority are their degree of education, participation in training, participation in social organizations and household commitments. Based on the results of this analysis, this paper presents countermeasures and suggestions to promote more women to obtain the authority of work.
