为对烟叶化学品质进行综合评价及品质区划,以2010年泸州17个产烟乡镇51份烟叶样品为试验材料,测定烟叶的化学成分,并综合运用相关分析、聚类分析、显著性检验等方法进行分析。结果表明,泸州烟区总植物碱、氮碱比、钾氯比权重系数较大,还原糖与淀粉的权重系数相对较小。三个类型区中第一类型区平均品质得分85.19,主要为C3F,占该类型区样品总数90%;第二类型区平均得分53.74,主要为X2F,占该类样品总数66.67%;第三类型区整体得分较低,主要为表B2F,占该类型样本总量75%,分类结果经检验达极显著水平。二、三类型区烟叶总氮、烟碱含量偏高,钾含量偏低,为提高本地烟叶质量,在上述区域应降低烟叶总氮、烟碱含量,提高烟叶钾含量。
