针对径向切入式磨削加工过程(尤其是薄壁工件),提出了一套新的磨削工艺程式;并在充分分析磨削机理的基础上,导出了与之相适应的以最终尺寸精度为目标的自适应预测最优控制算法。仿真与试验结果表明,该方法能较好地实现磨削尺寸精度的在线控制,可在更短的时间内获得理想的加工效果。对于薄壁件的磨削加工其效果尤其显著。
Aiming at the radial cutting-in grinding process (especially for thin-walled workpieces), a new grinding process program was put forward. On the basis of fully analyzing the grinding mechanism, As the goal of adaptive predictive optimal control algorithm. The simulation and experimental results show that this method can realize the on-line control of the grinding size precision and obtain the ideal machining result in a shorter time. For the thin-walled parts of the grinding effect is particularly significant.
