经过多年的教学实践,我们发现相较于其他教学方法 ,“行为导向”教学法能更好地适应中职学生的学习需求并贴合实际。将“行为导向”教学法理论运用在日常的教学过程中能有效凸显学生的主体地位,大幅度提升教学质量。但在实践的过程中,我们发现依然会遇上多种问题。本文从“行为导向”教学法的概念出发,结合中职德育教育的现状,提出解决“行为导向”教学法实践中难题的方法。
After years of teaching practice, we find that “behavior-oriented” pedagogy can better meet the learning needs of secondary vocational students and fit into the reality than other teaching methods. Applying “behavior-oriented” pedagogy theory to daily teaching process can effectively highlight students’ dominant position and greatly improve teaching quality. However, in practice, we find that we still have many problems. Based on the concept of “Behavior-oriented ” pedagogy and combined with the status quo of moral education in secondary vocational schools, this paper proposes a solution to the problems in the practice of pedagogical practice.
