运用大肠杆菌内毒素静脉注射家兔制作弥散性血管内凝血(DIC)模型,观察肝线粒体膜流动性和黄嘌呤氧化酶(XOD)活性的变化.结果表明肝线粒体膜流动性显著降低,XOD 活性显著升高(p<0.01);而运用热毒清治疗的动物,上述变化则不明显.提示内毒素性 DIC 情况下,肝线粒体膜结构和功能发生改变,脂质过氧化作用加强,肝细胞受损,而热毒清则可有效防止上述变化,从而在内毒素攻击下,有效地保护肝细胞。
Escherichia coli endotoxin was injected intravenously into rabbits to produce a disseminated intravascular coagulation (DIC) model. The changes of hepatic mitochondrial membrane fluidity and xanthine oxidase (XOD) activity were observed. The results showed that the liver mitochondrial membrane fluidity was significantly reduced and XOD activity was decreased. Significantly increased (p<0.01); however, the above changes were not significant in animals treated with heat toxin, suggesting that changes in the structure and function of liver mitochondrial membranes, enhancement of lipid peroxidation, and hepatocytes in the presence of endotoxin-induced DIC Impaired, but the hot poison can effectively prevent the above changes, so that endotoxin attacks, effectively protect the liver cells.
