目的　分析青光眼滤过术后持续浅前房的原因、手术治疗方法及效果。方法　对 1993年 1月～ 2 0 0 1年 10月我院行青光眼滤过术后发生持续性浅前房并最终通过手术恢复前房的 2 2例 (2 2眼 )临床资料进行分析。结果　滤过引流过盛 13例 ,脉络膜脱离 6例 ,结膜瓣渗漏 2例 ,巩膜瓣破损 1例 ,2 2例均通过手术恢复前房。结论　浅前房是青光眼滤过术后的常见并发症 ,极少数患者如果保守治疗无效、应积极查明原因 ,通过手术恢复前房 ,避免更严重的并发症发生 Objective To analyze the causes of continuous shallow anterior chamber after glaucoma filtration surgery, surgical treatment methods and effects. Methods The clinical data of 22 cases (22 eyes) with persistent shallow anterior chamber after glaucoma filtration surgery in our hospital from January 1993 to October 2001 were retrospectively analyzed. Results Thirteen cases were filtered drainage, choroidal detachment in 6 cases, conjunctival flap leakage in 2 cases, scleral flap in 1 case, and 2 cases were recovered by surgery. Conclusions Shallow anterior chamber is a common complication after glaucoma filtration surgery. If a few patients are ineffective in conservative treatment, the cause should be actively identified, the anterior chamber should be restored by surgery to avoid more serious complication
