企业招聘是企业获得关键人才的重要渠道。通过运用笔迹知识,对应聘者笔迹进行分析,企业可以提高招聘结果的准确度,实现更好地“相马”。本文根据应聘者的笔迹特征与其个性特征、能力的联系等来判断其是否与企业所需职业相匹配。
Enterprise recruitment is an important channel for enterprises to acquire key personnel. Through the use of handwriting knowledge, handwriting analysis of candidates, companies can improve the accuracy of the recruitment results to achieve a better “相马 ”. In this paper, according to the handwriting characteristics of candidates and their personality characteristics, ability to determine whether it matches the job needs of the enterprise match.
