听障生的就业困难问题是所有残疾类别中最突出的问题,学会一技之长是解决就业难的最好办法。为了能够传授学生一技之长,特教教师们尝试了很多的办法,但往往效果不佳,就业仍然成为问题。研究发现专业教师往往会聚焦于某一方面的具体技能传授,而忽视了学生专业技能迁移能力的培养,导致在校表现优异的学生,进入社会后无法适应本专业的就业岗位,进入无技能岗位,最终导致失业。构建听障生的生态课堂,建立生活、学习、工作一体化的教育模式,使听障生的教育一直融入在他们所需的生态环境中,具备适应生态环境的生存能力。
