为了定量描述蓄能器参数对混凝土泵液压系统响应时间的影响程度,提出了基于液压动力学的蓄能器参数敏感性的分析方法。将混凝土泵液压系统响应时间分为分配油缸换向时间和主油缸换向时间,分别利用液压动力学理论进行了计算。利用蓄能器参数的敏感性因子,从工程化角度分析了蓄能器参数对液压系统响应时间的敏感性。结果表明,蓄能器容积V0对液压系统响应时间影响最大,其次是蓄能器的最高工作压力p1,再次是蓄能器的充气压力p0。蓄能器参数敏感性分析的结果为混凝土泵液压系统的设计提供了理论依据。
In order to quantitatively describe the influence of accumulator parameters on the response time of concrete pump hydraulic system, a method of analyzing the parameter sensitivity of accumulator based on hydraulic dynamics is proposed. The concrete pump hydraulic system response time is divided into distribution cylinder reversing time and the main cylinder commutation time, respectively, using hydraulic dynamics theory were calculated. The sensitivity of accumulator parameters to hydraulic system response time is analyzed from the engineering point of view using the sensitivity factor of accumulator parameters. The results show that the accumulator volume V0 has the greatest influence on the hydraulic system response time, followed by the maximum working pressure p1 of the accumulator and again the p0 of the accumulator. The result of accumulator parameter sensitivity analysis provides the theoretical basis for the design of concrete pump hydraulic system.
