随着新课程的实施,“以学生发展为本”的理念在教师的头脑中逐步确立和巩固。由此,教师的角色和学生的学习行为发生了新的变化,学习内容和形式更加开放与丰富,学生的自主和表现意识提高了,学习气氛活泼了,课堂富有了生机与活力。但是,在教师大胆创新、弘扬学生个性、追求独特教学风格的背后,却也隐藏着新的教学现象与问题,需要我们理性地面对与思考。
With the implementation of the new curriculum, the concept of “student-oriented” has gradually been established and consolidated in the minds of teachers. As a result, teachers ’roles and students’ learning behaviors have undergone new changes. Their contents and forms have become more open and enriched. Their autonomy and performance awareness have been raised. Their learning atmosphere has been lively and the classroom has been full of vigor and vitality. However, behind the bold innovation of teachers, carrying forward students’ individuality and pursuing unique teaching styles, new teaching phenomena and problems are also hidden, and we need to face and think rationally.
