介绍了由单片机AT89C2051、数码语音芯片ISD2560及42D125型四相反应式步进电机组成的智能仪器系统的设计与实现,给出系统的硬件电路及相应部分的软件源程序。本系统硬件电路设计简单,便于调试,利用单片机实现对步进电机的定位控制已成功地应用于对测试模型的精确定位。语音系统部分不仅可以作为电脑语音系统的语音板,还可以作为语音服务系统的子系统,灵活地实现了语音的分段录取、组合回放和自动控制等功能。实际应用表明,该系统的设计方案对其它各种智能控制仪器的研发具有一定的参考价值。
The design and realization of intelligent instrument system consisting of single chip microcomputer AT89C2051, digital voice chip ISD2560 and 42D125 type four phase reaction stepping motor are introduced. The hardware circuit of the system and the corresponding software source program are given. The system hardware circuit design is simple, easy to debug, the use of single-chip control of the positioning of the stepper motor has been successfully applied to the precise positioning of the test model. Not only can the voice system be used as the voice board of the computer voice system, but also as a subsystem of the voice service system, which can flexibly implement the functions of voice sub-recording, combinational playback and automatic control. Practical application shows that the design of this system has certain reference value for the research and development of other kinds of intelligent control instruments.
