目的探讨不同营养途径对食管癌切除术后患者的影响。评价食菅癌术后早期肠外营养支持的效果。方法将40例食管癌患者随机分成两组,行食管癌术后,分别给予术后肠内营养(EN)和肠外营养(PN)。测定术前1d、术后第8d体重、血浆白蛋白数值;临床观察营养支持后有无消化道症状、胃肠功能恢复情况、术后并发症及住院时指标。结果各项营养指标恢复基本相当,但EN组价格明显降低。同时EN组胃肠道功能恢复时间明显早于PN组,有统计学意义(P<0.05);EN组术后消化道不适症状不明显。结论食管癌术后早期应用肠内营养,可有效改善患者营养状况,促进吻合口和切口的愈合,而且肠内营养支持简便,经济,无严重并发症,是手术后简便,安全,有效地营养补给方法。
Objective To investigate the effect of different nutrition on patients after resection of esophageal cancer. Evaluate the effect of early postoperative parenteral nutrition support in cancer patients. Methods Forty esophageal cancer patients were randomly divided into two groups. After esophagectomy, enteral nutrition (EN) and parenteral nutrition (PN) were given respectively. The body weight and plasma albumin were measured on the first day before operation and on the 8th day after surgery. Gastrointestinal function recovery, gastrointestinal function recovery, postoperative complications and hospitalization were observed after nutritional support. Results The nutritional indicators recovered basically the same, but the price of EN group decreased obviously. At the same time, the recovery time of gastrointestinal function in EN group was significantly earlier than that in PN group (P <0.05). The postoperative gastrointestinal discomfort symptoms in EN group were not obvious. Conclusions The early application of enteral nutrition after esophagectomy can effectively improve the nutritional status of patients and promote the healing of anastomotic and incisional wounds. Moreover, the enteral nutrition support is simple, economical and without serious complications and is a simple, safe and effective nutrition after operation Replenishment method.
