合成了大分子链上含有吡啶环结构的聚(2,5-二羟基-1,4-苯撑吡啶并二咪唑)(PIPD),并通过液晶纺丝技术制备出了新型PIPD纤维.利用ATR-FTIR、元素分析、接触角等分析手段对其化学结构和纤维表面性能进行了表征,通过单纤维轴向压缩弯曲实验和SEM考察了PIPD纤维的抗压缩性能,并采TGA实验评价了PIPD纤维的热稳定性.结果表明,实验所制备的PIPD纤维与PBO纤维相比具有相对更好的表面润湿性能和抗压缩性能,以及优异的热稳定性.
Poly (2,5-dihydroxy-1,4-phenylenepyridoimidazole) (PIPD) with a pyridine ring structure on the macromolecular chain was synthesized and a new type of PIPD fiber was prepared by liquid crystal spinning technique. FTIR, elemental analysis, contact angle and other analytical methods were used to characterize the chemical structure and surface properties of the fibers. The compression resistance of PIPD fibers was investigated by axial compression bending test and SEM. The tensile properties of PIPD fibers The results show that the prepared PIPD fibers have relatively better surface wettability and compressive properties than PBO fibers, as well as excellent thermal stability.
