政府是发展我国学前教育事业的责任主体,各级政府理应依法承担起本地学前教育发展的主要任务。文中结合学习贯彻国家和吉林省中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要精神,阐述了各级政府发展学前教育,特别是推动农村学前教育发展的具体任务和措施。 The government is the main body responsible for the development of preschool education in our country. Governments at all levels should assume the primary task of local pre-school education according to law. Combined with the study and implementation of the national and long-term education reform and development plan of Jilin Province, the paper elaborates the specific tasks and measures for governments at all levels to develop pre-school education, especially to promote the development of preschool education in rural areas.
