马尔科姆·诺尔斯是美国著名的成人教育家。诺尔斯认为,由于教育对象的特殊性,成人教育工作者在成人教育实施过程中承担着与普通教育工作者不同的使命。这就要求成人教育工作者自身必须具备独特的教育技能与教育素养。诺尔斯有关成人教育工作者的职责使命及教育技能与素养的理论对当代成人教育工作者的自我成长具有明显的现实意义。
Malcolm Knowles is a famous American adult educator. Knowles believes that due to the particularity of the object of education, adult educators assume a different mission than ordinary educators in the implementation of adult education. This requires adult education workers must have their own unique educational skills and educational attainments. Knowles’s mission of responsibility and educational skills and literacy of adult education workers have obvious practical significance to the self-growth of contemporary adult educators.
