冻土的强度是寒区工程中普遍关心的力学参数.研究表明,温度、含水量、应变速率和围压是影响冻土强度的主要因素,引用前人文献中的试验数据,分析了不同因素对冻土强度的影响规律;研究发现冻土的破坏形式与融土相似,然而其影响因素及机理不同;目前已有的冻土强度准则都是由融土的相关理论发展而来,但是由于涉及影响因素众多,强度准则尚待进一步研究改进.
