目前物业管理专业实践教学形式基本上都仅局限于传统的校外实训基地实习。校内实训室主要通过建立模拟工作任务环境进行,这些实训室基本上属于消耗性实训,学校管理成本大,学生融入角色较难,实训效果并不突出。本文探讨了以校园为管理对象、建立校内生产性实训基地的物业管理专业人才培养模式的可行性及具体实施方案。 At present, the practical teaching of property management major basically only confined to the traditional practice base outside the school training base.
