宋明理学的“中”是将本体之天道与兼体用人之天德相契合。“中”不仅是天道,同时也是天德,中道作为宋明理学道统主旨大本,充分体现了其正统意识、弘道意识。中道既是道统核心,也是道统之法统的核心。理学之“中”也是和社会法治价值相联系在一起的,具有社会现实意义。天德之中合理体现了法的正义、公平与效率意义。宋明理学以中为圣人之道的终极目标,和谐、秩序、正义、自由和效率等传统价值受制于“中”精神的统领。
The Neo-Confucianism of the Song and Ming Neo-Confucianism is a combination of the heavenly virtue of the ontology with the morality of employing man. “Zhong ” is not only a heaven but also a virtue, and Zhongdao, as the main principle of Confucianism and Taoism in Song and Ming studies, fully reflects its orthodoxy and awareness of promoting Hongdao. Middle Road is both the core of Taoism and the core of Taoism. Neo-Confucianism is also linked to the value of social rule of law and has social reality. In virtue of virtue, it is a reasonable reflection of the justice, fairness and efficiency of law. The ultimate goal of Neo-Confucianism in the Song and Ming studies is that the traditional values of harmony, order, justice, freedom and efficiency are subject to the “middle” spirit.
