载脂蛋白E(ApoE)是近些年来研究较热门的基因之一，有研究表明，ApoE既参与骨代谢，也参与脂代谢。骨质疏松症(OP)和动脉粥样硬化性心血管疾病(ASCVD)都是中老年人常见的疾病，既往较少关注两者之间的联系。本文将从ApoE基因型出发，对OP及ASCVD之间关系的基础与临床研究新进展进行综述。“,”Osteoporosis and atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease are common diseases in middle-aged and elderly people, but less attention has been paid to the link between them. Apolipoprotein E (ApoE) is one of the most popular genes in recent years, studies have shown that ApoE is involved in both bone metabolism and lipid metabolism. Based on ApoE genotype, this paper reviews the basic and clinical research progress of the relationship between osteoporosis and atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease then to provide guidance for clinical and research.
