衡量一个国家经济的发展状况,一个最简单的方法是看国民生活的变化,看其消费观念、消费结构的变化。十几年来的改革开放使中国经济的发展令世人瞩目,也让中国百姓的生活从整体水平上有了令人惊喜的飞跃。古语说,“民以食为天”。这飞跃的第一步也正体现在这“天”上——碗中乾坤日日新作为经济基础薄弱的农业大国,中国曾在相当一段时期内,不得不把吃饱穿暖作为人们的基本消费标准。进入80年代末,使用了二三十年的各种副食票证皆已寿终正寝,对青年人来说,老辈人念念不忘的往事似乎已成天方夜谭。
