高速受电弓工作条件复杂严苛,文章针对高速受电弓弓头弹簧盒管壁裂纹故障,对弓头弹簧盒进行静强度及故障原因分析,且结合分析结果提出解决方案并验证相应方案的可行性。通过解决高速受电弓弓头弹簧盒管壁裂纹故障,可有效地提高高速受电弓的运行稳定性。 The working conditions of high-speed pantograph are complicated and harsh. According to the crack of the high-speed pantograph bow box, the static strength and failure of the bowhead spring box are analyzed, and the solutions and the corresponding solutions feasibility. The high-speed pantograph can effectively improve the running stability of the pantograph by solving the problem of cracking of the wall of the high-speed pantograph bow spring box.
