我科自1993年6月～1996年4月应用干扰灵联合抗乙肝免疫核糖核酸治疗并随防慢性乙肝患者26例,现将结果报告如下,材料与方法一、药物:干扰灵(基因工程干扰灵α-Ⅰ型)由卫生部上海生研所提供,剂量3.0×10~6U/支,抗乙肝免疫核糖核酸购于沈阳光大制药厂,剂量1mg/支。二、病例选择:44例患者,采用随机分配胡则,分为治疗组、对照组,诊断符合1990年第六届全国病毒性肝炎会议修订标准,两组一般临床资料皆具有较好可比性.
