螺旋藻多糖( Polysaccharideof Spirulina) 是从螺旋藻中提取的一种无毒的天然产物,具有多种生物学活性。为了进一步探讨螺旋藻多糖的作用,本文以小鼠为动物模型,观察极大螺旋藻多糖对小鼠生理功能的影响。螺旋藻多糖可以提高受γ射线致死剂量照射的小鼠30 天内的存活率;促进小鼠多能干细胞和造血祖细胞的增殖和分化;促进受到辐射损伤的小鼠造血系统的恢复,增强小鼠的抗辐射能力。螺旋藻多糖可以提高小鼠的廓清指数,提高机体的非特异性免疫力;可以提高全血中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD) 的活性,降低肝组织中过氧化物的含量,延缓机体衰老;螺旋藻多糖还可以提高小鼠的耐力游泳时间,增强机体对疲劳的耐受力。
Polysaccharideof Spirulina is a kind of non-toxic natural product extracted from Spirulina and has many biological activities. In order to further explore the role of polysaccharides in Spirulina platensis, we investigated the effect of Spirulina platensis polysaccharide on the physiological function of mice by using mouse as animal model. Spirulina polysaccharide can increase the survival rate of mice irradiated by γ-lethal dose within 30 days; promote the multiplication and differentiation of mouse pluripotent stem cells and hematopoietic progenitor cells; promote the recovery of hematopoietic system of mice exposed to radiation and enhance the mice Radiation resistance. Spirulina platensis polysaccharide can improve the clearance index of mice to improve the body’s non-specific immunity; can increase the activity of whole blood superoxide dismutase (SOD), reduce liver tissue peroxide content, delay the body senescence; spirulina Polysaccharides can also improve mice endurance swimming time, enhance the body’s resistance to fatigue.
