用电弧熔炼锤砧技术,在Hf-Ir和Zr-Os二元合金系中制得新的金属玻璃,其成分范围是:Hf100-XIrX,X=20~30at%;Zr100-XOsX,X=20~30at%。作者用差示扫描量热计(DSC)研究Hf100-XIrX和Zr100-XOsX(X=20、25、30at%)金属玻璃的结晶行为,测定结晶温度、结晶热和结晶激活能,并用X射线衍射技术分析Hf80Ir20和Zr75Os25金属玻璃的结晶相转变过程,分别为:A(非晶)→α-Hf+A′(非晶)→α-Hf+Hf2Ir和A(非晶)→Os4Zr11+A′(非晶)→Os4Zr11+OsZr+α-Zr。
A new metallic glass was prepared from Hf-Ir and Zr-Os binary alloy system by the arc melting anvil technique. The composition range of Hf100-XIrX is X = 20 ~ 30at%; Zr100-XOsX, X = 20 ~ 30at%. The authors studied the crystallization behavior of Hf100-XIrX and Zr100-XOsX (X = 20, 25, 30at%) metallic glasses by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The crystallization temperature, the heat of crystallization and the activation energy of crystallization were measured and characterized by X-ray diffraction Technical analysis The crystal phase transition of Hf80Ir20 and Zr75Os25 metallic glasses are: A (amorphous) → α-Hf + A ’(amorphous) → α-Hf + Hf2Ir and A (amorphous) → Os4Zr11 + A’ (amorphous) → Os4Zr11 + OsZr + Zr.
