我厂自行设计的万能角度尺圆度刻线机制造成功。据我们了解目前国内现有的圆度刻线机(包括进口的)均采用蜗轮和蜗杆的传动来完成,在结构上比较复杂,零部件的制造和配合要求精度很高,其中的关键件蜗轮、蜗杆和齿轮等都要求“0”级精度。我们却采用了棘轮、棘爪拨齿传动、靠定位轮定位来进行精密分度的新结构,即由多精件组合传动转为单精件定位分度。经过长期使用证明:这台万能角度尺刻线机完全可以达到较高的精度,且结构简单,制造较易,调整操作方便,稳定性好。其结构见示意图1。回转盘1上装有精密定位齿盘2和棘齿盘3。电机通过变速后,带凸轮5和凸轮6转动、凸轮6拨动杠杆,通过滑块移
