企业中员工的频繁流失一直是困扰企业的一个难题。而流失的员工中又包括不同类别的员工,初入社会离校大学生的流失又占了相当一部分比重。过高的员工流失率会给企业带来严重的影响。企业为此付出的高额招聘费用也因此而损失。本文通过对员工流失的分析,寻找流失控制的方法措施,力图降低其流失率,使企业和离校大学生达到双赢,双方都将取得成功。
The frequent loss of employees in the enterprise has always been a problem bothering the business. The loss of employees, including different types of employees, the loss of college students entering the community accounted for a considerable proportion. Excessive employee turnover rate will have a serious impact on the enterprise. Enterprises pay for this high cost of hiring as a result of loss. Based on the analysis of employee turnover, this paper tries to find ways and means of loss control in an effort to reduce its turnover rate and achieve a win-win situation for both enterprises and university graduates, both of which will be successful.
