近年来,恶性肿瘤发病率逐年上升,治疗效果却不理想,因此探索抗癌药物敏感性的预测试验显得至关重要。在各种体内、体外药物敏感性预测方法中,以肿瘤细胞体外短期培养法较实用,操作简便,二天内可得结果。为此,我们应用人癌细胞短期培养,标记代谢物前体掺入法、结合微量培养技术,组成一个完整的体外抗癌药物敏感测定方法。其成功率高,能用于所有肿瘤类型,可使临床用药个体化,提高疗效,减少不必要的毒副反应。现报道如下。
In recent years, the incidence of malignant tumors has been increasing year by year, and the therapeutic effect has been unsatisfactory. Therefore, it is of utmost importance to explore predictive tests for the sensitivity of anticancer drugs. In various in vivo and in vitro drug sensitivity prediction methods, the short-term culture method of tumor cells in vitro is more practical and easy to operate. Results are available within two days. To this end, we apply a short-term culture of human cancer cells, labeled metabolite precursor incorporation method, combined with micro-culture techniques to form a complete in vitro anti-cancer drug sensitive assay. Its high success rate can be applied to all types of tumors, allowing individualization of clinical medications, improving efficacy, and reducing unnecessary side effects. The report is as follows.
