[目的]对2007年12月江苏省发生的一例不明原因肺炎病例进行液相芯片检测,探讨该技术在不明原因肺炎诊断中的作用。[方法]采集病例的呼吸道标本,利用液相芯片方法对呼吸道重要致病体进行核酸检测。[结果]呼吸道标本甲型流感病毒,H5及N1亚型禽流感病毒特异性核酸均为阳性。[结论]应用液相芯片技术,可快速确定该不明原因肺炎病例为高致病性禽流感(H5N1)感染,为及时防控和治疗提供依据。
[Objective] To study the role of this technique in the diagnosis of pneumonia of unexplained pneumothorax by detecting liquid pneumochromatosis in a case of unexplained pneumonia in Jiangsu province in December 2007. [Methods] The respiratory specimens of the patients were collected and the nucleic acid of the important pathogens of the respiratory tract was detected by liquid-chip method. [Results] Respiratory specimens were positive for influenza A, H5 and N1 subtype avian influenza virus. [Conclusion] The application of liquid-phase microarray technique can quickly determine the H5N1 infection in this unexplained pneumonia and provide a basis for timely prevention and treatment.
