发挥编辑主体性作用旨在促进编辑或出版机构在编辑实践中发挥其自主性、能动性和创造性,主动参与图书出版的各环节,从而提高图书质量以及图书的社会效益与经济效益。文章以“中小学学科教学关键问题指导丛书”的策划出版为例,阐述了教育出版编辑在优质课程教学资源的整体设计中发挥主体性作用的重要意义。编辑主体性作用主要体现在参与选题策划、甄选作者团队、把关教材内容、创新教材呈现形式、注重营销推广等方面。发挥编辑的主体性对于把握教学需求以及出版和市场规律、研发更多优质教材等工作都具有重要促进作用。
The purpose of editorial subjectivity is to promote the autonomy, initiative and creativity of editors or publishers in editorial practice and take the initiative to participate in all aspects of book publishing so as to improve the quality of books and the social and economic benefits of books. Taking the planning and publication of “Guidance Series of Key Problems of Primary and Middle School Discipline Teaching” as an example, the article expounds the significance of educational publishing editors playing a subjective role in the overall design of high quality teaching resources. Editing subjectivity is mainly reflected in participating in the topic selection, selection of the author team, the contents of the textbook, innovative textbook presentation, focusing on marketing and so on. The editing of the subjectivity plays an important role in grasping teaching needs, publishing and marketing laws, and developing more high-quality textbooks.
