从立磨腔内结构入手,分析立磨腔内关键部件对腔内气固两相流体的影响。指出挡料环和风环结构对立磨腔内流体场有重要影响,选粉机分级室壳体、导风叶片、转子叶片、导风叶片与转子叶片间距等结构决定立磨的选粉效率;总结了立磨腔内各个关键结构部件的改进对立磨腔内流体场、选粉效率的影响规律,为立磨腔内结构优化设计提供了思路。
Starting from the structure of vertical mill cavity, the influence of the key components in vertical mill cavity on the gas-solid two-phase fluid in the cavity was analyzed. It is pointed out that the structure of the material ring and the air ring structure have an important influence on the fluid field in the vertical grinding chamber. The structure of the classifier housing, the guide vanes, the rotor blades, the guide vanes and the rotor vanes determines the efficiency of powder dressing. The improvement of the key structural components in the vertical grinding chamber, the influence law of the fluid field in the vertical grinding chamber and the efficiency of the powder separation, provides the train of thought for optimizing the structure of the vertical grinding chamber.
