以气干椴木和BL-环保型阻燃剂为原料,采用轴向真空处理设备对椴木进行阻燃处理,研究不同的轴向真空阻燃处理工艺因素对椴木阻燃效果的影响,分析得出处理时间、前真空时间、阻燃剂溶液浓度对椴木的载药量、氧指数的影响。结果表明:阻燃材的载药量和氧指数随处理时间增长而增大,随前真空时间及阻燃剂溶液浓度的增加呈先增加再减小的趋势;沿椴木长度方向,试样的氧指数先减小再增大。
Using air-dried basswood and BL-environment-friendly flame retardant as raw materials, axial vacuum treatment equipment was used to treat basswood, and the effects of different axial vacuum flame retardant treatment on the flame-retardant effect of basswood were studied. The effects of treatment time, pre-vacuum time and concentration of flame retardant solution on the drug loading and oxygen index of basswood were analyzed. The results showed that the drug loading and the oxygen index of the flame retardant increased with the increase of the treatment time, and then increased and then decreased with the increase of the former vacuum time and the concentration of the flame retardant solution. Along the length of the basswood, The oxygen index decreases first and then increases.
