1998年6月，在泉州从事装饰行业的庄剑峰开了间茶馆，取名“古厝茶坊”，地点选在市中心工人文化宫附近的后城文化旅游街，当时泉州的茶馆文化才刚刚萌芽。经过两年的苦心经营，今天的“古厝茶坊”形成了自己独特的风格，成为泉州最有代表性的茶馆。来泉出席北美华文文学研讨会
In June 1998, Zhuang Jianfeng, who was engaged in the decoration industry in Quanzhou, opened a teahouse named “Ancient House Tea House” and chose Houcheng Cultural Tourism Street near the Workers’ Cultural Palace in the downtown area. At that time, the teahouse culture in Quanzhou was just beginning to sprout. After two years of painstaking efforts, today’s “ancient house Chafang” formed its own unique style, Quanzhou become the most representative teahouse.
