多媒体时代,信息多元、多向流动,言论庞杂,给尚处在人生观、世界观形成阶段的中小学生带来新的挑战,迫切需要提升其媒介素养。纵观当下媒介素养教育,存在着立法不足、未能形成稳定全面的教育链条;师资匮乏、教材欠缺;观念传统,注重学习成绩轻综合素养等问题,文章从政府与社会的引导支持、学校的指导与辅助、家庭与个人的接受与转变三个角度,提出构建以学生为主体,三位一体的综合教育培养策略。
