进行了基础研究以评价煤-油聚团回收金的基本原理,各种参数如:油:煤比、聚团:矿石比、pH和煤的粒度对金回收率的影响,用人工合成的含金试样、烟煤、和柴油及煤油来评价。也研究了硫化矿对金回收率的影响和金颗粒在聚团中的穿透深度,结果表明提高聚团:矿石比、降低油:煤比和降低煤的粒度都会提高金回收率。在给矿中硫化物高达5%,pH4~12范围内,金回收卒没有明显的差异。镜下研究揭示在延长混合时间时,观察列某些金颗粒从聚团表面向内穿透60μm。
Basic research was conducted to evaluate the basic principle of recovery of gold from coal-oil agglomeration. Various parameters such as oil-to-coal ratio, agglomeration to ore ratio, pH and particle size of coal on the recovery of gold were measured using synthetic Gold samples, bituminous coal, and diesel and kerosene to evaluate. The effect of sulphide ore on gold recovery and the penetration depth of gold particles in the agglomerates were also studied. The results show that increasing the aggregate-to-ore ratio, decreasing the oil-to-coal ratio, and reducing the coal particle size both increase gold recovery. In the mine sulfide up to 5%, pH4 ~ 12 range, there is no significant difference in recovery of gold. Microscopic studies revealed that some gold particles were observed to penetrate 60 μm inwardly from the agglomeration surface as the mixing time was extended.
