一、前言 正常人尿中存在着许多天然的蛋白质大分子物质,这些蛋白质作为尿石形成的促进物或抑制物,在尿石症发病机制中起着重要的作用。目前部分与尿石有关的蛋白质已分离出来,如尿凝血酶原片断F1(UPTF1),富含糖醛酸蛋白(UAP),骨桥蛋白(OPN)等。1990年,Sokensen最早从正常人尿中分离得到一种氨基酸序列类似UAP的蛋白质,发现它具有抑制草酸钙结石形成的作用,起初人们称之为尿胰蛋白酶抑制物(Urinary trypsin inhibitor,UIT),后来称之为bikunin。本文就bikunin在尿石形成的作用做一综述。
I. INTRODUCTION Normal human urine contains many natural protein macromolecules that act as promoters or inhibitors of uroliths and play an important role in the pathogenesis of urolithiasis. At present, some proteins related to uroliths have been isolated, such as urinary prothrombin fragment F1 (UPTF1), uronic acid-rich protein (UAP) and osteopontin (OPN). In 1990, Sokensen first isolated from normal urine of a protein similar to the UAP amino acid sequence and found it inhibited the formation of calcium oxalate stones, initially known as urinary trypsin inhibitor (UIT), Later called bikunin. This article reviews bikunin’s role in urolithiasis.
